Most of my clients are not fluent in wedding planning and some little to no experience even attending weddings. So I get a variety of questions and I thought I’d share some of the most frequently asked ones here to help you as well!

Do you offer Day of Coordination?

The short answer is yes! However, we call is Wedding Management. The term day of coordination can be confusing. We don’t just show up on the day of your wedding and make magic happen. We start working with you 60-90 days prior to your big day and take the reins so you can relax!

My venue already has an in house coordinator, why do I need to hire you?

Simply put, the venue wedding coordinator is there to serve the venue. As your planner we are completely focused on you and dedicated to your wedding vision, and are there solely to make sure that you vision comes to life on your wedding day. One example I give is that if the toilets are running over, it is the venue coordinators job to manage that.

My budget is already tight, how can I afford a wedding planner/coordinator?

More often than not at the end of the night the couple tells me that the best money they spent on the entire wedding is for my services, which is extremely flattering. Hiring a professional wedding planner/coordinator will save you time and money in the end because they already have the relationships and knowledge on how to successfully plan a wedding. Your wedding is an investment and you want to make sure you and your family can enjoy the day without worrying about all the little details. We customize our packages to fit your needs and meet you where you are in the planning process.

Do you work alone or do you have a team that comes with you?

At weddings with a guest count of 150+ you can expect to have a lead planner and assistant planner there to help manage the day. We believe there is safety in numbers and want to make sure once of us is always with you throughout the day.

What types of weddings do you plan?

We have had the pleasure of planning a variety of weddings over the last 6 years of being in business. Whether you are a traditional couple wanting a traditional wedding or a non-traditional couple wanting something totally unique, we are here to help you along the way.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! While the majority of the couples we serve are within the Indianapolis metro area, we have done weddings across the state from Fort Wayne to French Lick. We also have relationships with vendors across the country and travel outside of Indiana. We have also helped numerous couples who live in another state and are planning their wedding in Indiana.
